Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding courses and admissionsCounsel prospective students on program offerings, eligibility, career outcomes, and admission proceduresUnderstand student needs and recommend suitable courses accordinglyFollow up with leads and maintain a high conversion ratioMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targetsMaintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systemsCoordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processingConduct campus tours / virtual sessions for prospective students (if applicable)Participate in admission events, seminars, and outreach activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong convincing and negotiation abilitiesSales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targetsAbility to build rapport and trust with students and parentsGood organizational and follow-up skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
