Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an admissions counsellor located in Rohini. The admissions counsellor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about programmes and addressing enquiries to support decision-making. Responsibilities include evaluating student applications, responding to enquiries, conducting consultations, and meeting enrolment goals. The role requires collaboration with team members and maintaining positive relationships with students and families to ensure a seamless and supportive admissions experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective students and stakeholders
- Customer Service expertise to provide personalized assistance and address inquiries professionally
- Background in Sales and ability to achieve enrollment goals through proactive consultations
- Familiarity with the Education sector to provide accurate information about programs, admissions criteria, and opportunities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in administrative or database tools to manage student records efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, business, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent Communication is must
