Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing guidance on available programs, assisting with the admissions process, and addressing inquiries regarding admissions requirements and career pathways. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with prospective students, their guardians, and other stakeholders, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and applications. Building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to provide a seamless experience and support to prospective students and increase enrollment rates.
- Knowledge or experience in Education, including understanding academic programs and career counseling.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other technological tools to manage admissions workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an Admissions Counselor or in a similar student-facing role is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
