Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur.

The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. Key tasks include counseling prospective students, addressing inquiries, providing information about the institute’s programs, conducting follow-ups, building strong relationships with students and parents, and supporting them in decision-making. The role also includes meeting admission targets through effective communication and customer relationship management.

CTC upto 6 LPA (For deserving candidate)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging effectively with students and parents
• Customer service and consultation experience to provide a positive experience throughout the admissions process
• Sales aptitude and the ability to drive enrollment goals
• Educational counseling skills to guide prospective students on career choices and suitable programs
• Proficiency in managing time, organizational tasks, and maintaining professionalism
• Prior experience in education or training institutes is advantageous
• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any field
