Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Pune Division. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing information about courses and career opportunities, and assisting in the enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, managing admission inquiries, maintaining student records, and supporting sales outreach strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
- Understanding of the Education domain and ability to guide students effectively
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and other stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Pune
- Experience in academic counseling or the education industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
