Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Hyderabad. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, identifying their needs and matching them to appropriate educational programs. Daily activities will include responding to inquiries, providing program information, assisting with applications, and maintaining consistent and effective communication with potential students. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process and contributing to achieving enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
- Customer service skills to provide assistance and support throughout the admissions process.
- Sales abilities to guide prospective students and encourage enrollment in educational programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle application processes efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education or marketing-related fields preferred.

- Salary for this role is 20,000 - 25,000 per month.
