Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Jaipur. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, including providing information about various course offerings, responding to inquiries, and assisting with enrollment requirements. The role involves maintaining positive communication with potential students, providing exemplary customer service, and achieving enrollment objectives. Counselors will collaborate with the internal team and ensure a seamless admissions experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of students and stakeholders
- Customer Service experience to address student needs, answer queries, and ensure satisfaction
- Sales skills to explain the value of training programs and assist in enrollment
- Familiarity with the Education industry and a passion for career counseling
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Graduate degree in any discipline is required; prior experience in counseling or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
