Role Description
The Admissions Counselor at Chrysalis High plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process. This is a full-time position based on-site in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective families, providing detailed information about the school's academic and extracurricular offerings, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Additionally, the Admissions Counselor will collaborate with the school team to promote a welcoming and empowering educational environment.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students and parents.
- Customer service experience to handle inquiries, address concerns, and create a positive experience for families.
- Sales acumen to attract and engage potential students and increase enrollment.
- Background or familiarity with the education sector is highly desirable.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple admissions processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
