Chandigarh University is seeking a motivated and result-driven Counsellor to assist prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs and converting inquiries into admissions. The role involves student interaction, counselling, and lead conversion.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database
- Handle inbound admission queries and provide accurate information
- Guide students on courses, eligibility, fee structure, and scholarships
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions
- Maintain and update records in CRM systems
- Support students throughout the admission process
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling or related field
