Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students in course and college selection by understanding their educational backgrounds and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, providing detailed information about programs and admissions criteria, assisting with applications, and supporting students through the decision-making process. The role also involves attending and organizing workshops, seminars, and events aimed at creating awareness and interacting with students and parents.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales skills
- A background or experience in Education-related roles
- Ability to build rapport and trust with students and their families
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide sound advice
- Experience with academic counseling or career guidance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Education or related domains is advantageous
