Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor, based in South Delhi(Hauz Khas). The Counselor will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in selecting appropriate courses based on their career aspirations and interests. Additional responsibilities include managing student registrations, maintaining records, addressing queries regarding training programs, and providing support throughout the enrollment process. The Counselor will work collaboratively with the team to ensure high satisfaction and seamless experiences for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide and assist students effectively
- Proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and multitasking
- Ability to provide solutions for student inquiries and establish trust through active listening
- Experience in counseling, student support, or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in office management tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline, with education or guidance counseling as a preferred background
- Strong problem-solving skills and a student-centric approach
- Familiarity with the training and education sector, especially CAD, CAM, and CAE, is a plus
