Students receive all-India rankings, topper sheets, suggested answers, and one-to-one mentor discussions to support continuous improvement. CA Exam Test Series aims to reduce exam anxiety and improve success rates through planned, end-to-end exam preparation support.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective CA aspirants through the admission and enrollment process for various test series and programs, ensuring they understand offerings, schedules, and benefits. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, conducting counseling sessions, and recommending suitable plans based on each student’s academic background and goals. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in the CRM, following up with prospective students, and supporting them from initial contact through registration. The Admissions Counselor will also collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to share student feedback, support information sessions or webinars, and contribute to improving the overall student experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and families.
- Customer service and support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely, clear information.
- Sales and counseling skills to understand learner needs, explain program options, and convert leads into enrollments ethically and transparently.
- Background or strong interest in education, preferably in test preparation, professional exams, or academic counseling.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Education, Commerce, Psychology, or Business are an advantage.
- Comfort using basic office software, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet defined targets and timelines.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, edtech, or coaching institutes is preferred but not mandatory.
