Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who can effectively handle inbound leads, guide prospective students, and convert them into successful enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
Qualifications
*Handle inbound leads and respond to student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
*Make a minimum of 120–150 calls per day to follow up on leads
*Provide detailed counselling to students regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths
*Understand the needs of prospects and recommend the most suitable programs
*Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from initial counselling to final enrollment/registration
*Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
*Follow up consistently with leads to ensure higher conversion rates
*Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM
*Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
*Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth onboarding of students
