We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Admissions Counsellor ā Campus Outreach to engage with prospective parents, conduct campus tours, and support student admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build trust with families while showcasing our campus facilities and academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome prospective parents and students visiting the campus.
- Conduct professional and engaging campus tours.
- Explain school programs, facilities, curriculum, fee structure, and unique benefits.
- Counsel parents regarding admissions process and address queries confidently.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain enquiry database and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding.
- Participate in admission drives, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure excellent parent experience throughout the admission journey.
Requirements:
- MBA preferred, or Bachelorās degree with relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, front office, education marketing, or parent-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
- Target-oriented mindset with customer service attitude.
- Experience in schools, colleges, preschools, edtech, or real estate sales is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
- CRM / Excel knowledge.
- Good coordination and follow-up discipline.
