Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based in Indore. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, provide information on available programs, and guide them through the admission process. Responsibilities include conducting individual counseling sessions, answering queries, assisting with enrollment documentation, and achieving enrollment targets. The individual will represent the institution to build and maintain strong relationships with both students and their families.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and understanding student needs
- Experience or ability in Sales and academic program promotion
- Familiarity with Education processes and counseling methodologies
- Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in academic counseling or a related role is an advantage
