Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role located in Meerut. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process by providing accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting information sessions, responding to inquiries, assisting with the application process, and providing exceptional customer service to students and their families. The role also involves collaborating with the education team to support recruitment strategies and enrollment efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students and their families.
- Customer Service skills to provide support and address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to promote educational programs and attract prospective students.
- Understanding of the Education sector and related processes is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- Previous experience in admissions or a related role is an advantage.
