Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, based out of our Pune Division. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admission process, provide personalized support, and answer inquiries regarding the organization’s educational programs. Key responsibilities include assessing candidate eligibility, maintaining clear and professional communication, sharing course-related information, and meeting enrolment goals through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with students and parents
• Customer Service aptitude to address queries and provide valuable support to potential candidates
• Demonstrated skills in Sales and converting inquiries into enrolled students
• Knowledge or experience in Education counseling or advisory roles
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software is an advantage
• Motivated, empathetic, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Education, Business, or Communication
