Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Sadar. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs, eligibility criteria, and campus offerings, and assisting with application completion. The role involves conducting campus visits and presentations, engaging with walk-in candidates, and maintaining regular follow-up via phone, email, and in-person meetings to support enrollment decisions. The Admissions Counselor will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure accurate information, maintain applicant records in admission systems, and support admission events such as open houses, education fairs, and outreach activities. The role also includes meeting admission targets, providing a high standard of customer service to applicants and families, and sharing feedback on market trends to improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to support prospective applicants with empathy, clarity, and timely assistance throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments, work toward admission targets, and present programs convincingly and ethically.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of the education domain, including academic programs, admission procedures, and student support services.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in education, management, counseling, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Sadar, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, and maintain accurate records using basic computer and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and enrollment objectives.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, academic advising, or education sales will be an added advantage.
