Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, counseling them on academic programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their education. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, addressing application-related questions, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting enrollment goals. The Admissions Counselor will also engage in admissions-related events and represent the institution to prospective students and their families.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and families
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to deliver clear and concise information
  • Customer service and support experience, focusing on relationship-building and providing guidance
  • Sales aptitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with educational systems and processes; prior experience in admissions or academic counseling is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email communication platforms, and other related applications is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or relevant fields
