Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, guide them through the admission process, and answer their queries about courses and programs. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, handling inquiries, providing personalized counseling, and maintaining records to support the admissions process. The role involves fostering positive relationships with prospective students and their families while effectively promoting the institution's programs.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
  • Proven Customer Service skills to address inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Sales experience to effectively promote the institution's programs and influence enrollment decisions.
  • Familiarity with the Education sector and student counseling processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate admission records.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Education, Communication, or related areas.
