Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide counsel on educational programs, respond to inquiries, and coordinate admissions-related activities. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with prospective students, ensuring a seamless application experience, and meeting enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication
- Experience in Customer Service with the ability to assist prospective students effectively
- Proficiency in Sales and relationship building with potential candidates
- Knowledge of Education systems and admission processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in an on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
