Role Overview
We are hiring International Sales – Admission Counsellors to drive global enrollments across APAC, EMEA, and US markets.
This role involves full ownership of the sales lifecycle — from lead engagement to closing and collections — in a target-driven, revenue-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide prospective learners in their career journeys
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with international students
- Meet weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets
- Manage the complete sales process:
- Outbound/Inbound calls
- Product demonstrations
- Objection handling
- Closing
- Post-sales follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Build rapport with students across global markets
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in International B2C/B2B Sales (EdTech preferred)
- Defence background candidates transitioning to sales roles are encouraged to apply
- PwD candidates meeting role requirements are encouraged to apply
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Shift Timings (Rotational)
- APAC: 7 AM – 4 PM / 9 AM – 6 PM
- EMEA: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM / 2 PM – 11 PM
- US Region: 8 PM – 5 AM / 10 PM – 7 AM
