Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Admissions Counsellor. The counsellor will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and assisting them in understanding program offerings. They will manage inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support students in aligning their career goals with educational opportunities. Additionally, the counsellor will work collaboratively with the admissions team to meet enrollment objectives through outreach and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively connect with prospective students and their families
- Experience in Customer Service to provide a positive and helpful experience during the admissions process
- Sales skills with a focus on meeting enrollment goals and assisting students in making informed decisions
- Education or experience in guiding students, advising on academic programs, or understanding educational systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office productivity tools
- Passion for education and an understanding of film and AI-related fields is an added advantage
