Role Overview:
We’re looking for high-performing admissions professionals who can convert leads into enrolled students. This is a target-driven, high-impact role where you directly influence student careers and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound student leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
Counsel students on career options in healthcare programs
Explain course structure, certifications, and placement opportunities
Convert inquiries into admissions (this is a core KPI role)
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain pipeline
Coordinate with marketing & operations teams for lead flow
Maintain CRM and track conversion metrics
Requirements:
1–4 years experience in EdTech / Education admissions / counselling
Proven track record in sales conversions / admissions targets
Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
Kochi: Malayalam
Bangalore: Kannada
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and closing
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
