The IoT Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Counsellor to guide aspiring learners and working professionals in choosing the right upskilling programs in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, IoT and other emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and professionals about our courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
• Guide learners through the admission process.
• Follow up with prospective students and achieve enrolment targets.
• Maintain lead records and coordinate with internal teams.
Candidates with Bachelor's degree and 6 months to 1 year of experience in counseling, admissions, inside sales, or edtech industry required. Should have excellent communication and convincing skills. Should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.
