🌿 We’re Hiring: Admissions & Care Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Admissions & Care Counsellor who can connect with families, understand their needs, and guide them towards the right care solutions.
🔹 Position: Admissions & Care Counsellor
🔹 Location: Gurgaon (On-site preferred)
🔹 Experience: 2–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
🔹 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website leads)
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records
- Understand family concerns and recommend suitable care services
- Explain services like assisted living, dementia care, and day care
- Schedule visits and coordinate with the on-ground team
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling
- Maintain lead pipeline and update status consistently
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Empathetic approach towards elderly parents (seniors) and their families
- Comfortable handling sensitive conversations
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel for lead tracking
- Self-driven and target-oriented
