The foundation also focuses on training stakeholders in Progressive ABA and promoting culturally relevant research in the field. CRIA ABA Foundation supports children and adults with neurodiversity through behavior analysis practices that prioritize individualized care and meaningful progress.
Role Description
The Parent Communication and Operations Coordinator will support parent communication, documentation, attendance tracking, and day-to-day operational coordination. This role involves being the first point of contact for parents enquiring about assessments, services, and programs, while also handling backend administrative work with accuracy and consistency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and administrative ability
- Comfort with both parent-facing communication and backend coordination
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and general office tools
- Ability to manage documentation, attendance, scheduling support, and operational trackers accurately
- Relevant experience in coordination, administration, education, healthcare, or similar settings is preferred
- Strong spoken and written English, with good spoken Hindi
