We are seeking an #Admissions Tele calling Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
This role involves desk-based sales activities and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. You will also be expected to manage inbound and outbound tele calling for lead conversion, making this a key role in our admissions and sales process.
#Key Responsibilities:
✅Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students to promote to take admission in various academic programs
✅Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission process.
✅Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure conversions.
✅Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and interaction details.
✅Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
✅Provide a positive and informative experience for all prospective families.
#Requirements:
✅Minimum 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in education sector).
✅Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
✅Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently.
✅Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
✅Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
