Job Title: Admission Team Leader / Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students regarding courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities. The role includes handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, maintaining follow-ups, and achieving admission targets. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to guide students and parents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Provide counselling regarding courses, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve assigned admission targets.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or database.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admission team for lead generation activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and admission process completion.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and guide students.
- Target-oriented approach.Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline. Experience in education admissions or counselling will be preferred.
