Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Admission Support Executive specializing in the education sector. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, provide guidance on admissions processes, and assist them in making informed decisions about educational programs. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, collaborating with the enrollment team, and supporting students throughout the application process. You will also play a key role in achieving enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value of our educational offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and guide prospective students effectively
- Demonstrated Sales and Student Recruiting abilities for meeting enrollment goals
- Experience and knowledge in education processes, industry trends, and student counseling
- Proactive and organized, with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in educational services, admissions, or recruitment is an advantage
