Position: Admission Officer/Admission Counsellor
Location: Chandigarh
Banyan Tree School, Chandigarh is expanding its team and invites applications from dedicated, skilled, and values-driven professionals for the following positions:
Admission Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality admission leads through strategic collaborations and community partnerships
- Identify and develop opportunities for sustained admission growth
- Engage prospective parents to clearly communicate the school’s philosophy, curriculum, and environment
- Ensure transparent, ethical, and effective conversion of enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Achieve defined admission targets aligned with the school’s values
- Plan and execute admissions and marketing events independently for measurable outcomes
- Strengthen the admissions pipeline through supportive initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and error-free documentation
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
2–4 years in admissions, marketing, or client-facing roles (education sector preferred)

Admission Counsellor
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents on the school’s philosophy, curriculum, and learning environment
- Meet defined admission targets by converting qualified enquiries into confirmed admissions while maintaining ethical counselling practices
- Build meaningful relationships to support confident admission decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams on enrolment initiatives
- Conceptualise, curate, and organise admissions and marketing events independently for measurable outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups
Qualification
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
* 2–4 years in admissions, counselling, or client-facing roles (education sector preferred)
