We Are Looking For An Experienced Admissions & Enrolment Lead, With Minimum 5yrs Experience In Counselling, Student Applications & Enrolments, Inside Sales, And With a Knack For Outreach And Marketing. The Person Will Bring In
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment
- Proficiency in managing high-volume lead pipelines with a structured and disciplined approach, and CRM workflow expertise
- High ownership mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional student candidate and parents’ experience
If You Have a Strong Background In
✅ Student recruitment & admissions, enrolments. Funnel management
✅ School and counsellor engagement, Outreach strategy & partnerships
✅ Team management and achieving enrolment targets
