Admission Manager – PGDM Program

Location: Greater Noida

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Admission Manager to lead admissions for MBA and PGDM programs. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete admission cycle, from handling leads to final enrollment, while ensuring achievement of admission targets.

The role requires strong expertise in lead conversion, student counselling, and admissions strategy. The candidate must be capable of managing and optimizing the lead funnel (enquiry to enrollment), improving conversion ratios, and driving admissions through effective follow-ups and engagement with students and parents.

Candidates must have prior experience in MBA/PGDM admissions within reputed institutions or universities, along with a proven track record of lead conversion, target achievement, and successful enrollments. Strong understanding of the PGDM admission process, student decision cycle, and competitive landscape is essential.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, team handling, and closing skills, with a high level of accountability for admission numbers and conversion performance.

Note: Only candidates with relevant experience in PGDM/MBA admissions, lead conversion, and target-based roles will be considered.
