Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hisar, Haryana. The Admission Manager will play a key role in supporting the digital admission process, effectively managing student inquiries, and coordinating with institutions. Daily tasks include overseeing admissions operations, conducting student counseling, addressing and resolving inquiries, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the admission experience. The role requires maintaining accurate records and ensuring the admission process aligns with institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building abilities, and active listening skills.
- Organizational and Management Skills: Proven capability to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and proficiency in planning and time management.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM tools, and technology-driven admissions processes.
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving: Experience in handling inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and providing excellent customer service.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in Education Sector: Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or related roles within the education industry is an advantage.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
