Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Admission Manager at VMLS. The Admission Manager will oversee the end-to-end admissions process, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and strengthen relationships with prospective students and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, coordinating admission events and campaigns, maintaining student databases, and providing guidance to applicants throughout the admission process. The role also requires ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Experience in handling law admission
- Proficiency in communication, public speaking, and interpersonal interactions
- Experience in admissions, marketing, or academic counseling
- Analytical skills for processing and managing student data
- Familiarity with higher education and regulatory requirements, especially in the legal education sector
- Proficiency in digital tools, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; experience in education management is a plus
