Admission Manager

We seek a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive student admissions and build strategic partnerships.

CTC Range (experience dependent)
· Sales Manager: Rs 5,00,000 – Rs 10,00,000
· Regional Manager: Rs8,00,000 – Rs 16,00,000
Key Responsibilities
· Building relationship with school principals & senior authorities.
· Approach Grade A schools for student engagement activities for capturing leads.
· Engage with education consultants
· Participate in education fairs and create / execute outreach strategies to attract potential students.
· Provides accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
· Maintaining MIS
· Coordinate and manage the admissions process.
Required Profile:
· Proven experience in admissions / outreach in education industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and MIS management
· Strong knowledge of marketing and outreach strategies
· Ability to interact confidently with school senior authorities
· Strong network of premium school connections in Rajasthan preferred
· Open to travel
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some institutions).
· 4+ years of experience in admissions and outreach roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
