Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Manager based in Gurugram. The Admission Manager will be responsible for overseeing admissions processes, developing and executing strategies to increase student enrollment, and building strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. Their day-to-day responsibilities include guiding students through the admission process, providing consultations, maintaining accurate student records, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve admission targets. Additionally, the Admission Manager will conduct informational sessions, represent the organization at educational events, and ensure seamless onboarding of students into academic programs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and institutions.
- Proven experience in managing admissions, student enrollment, or related roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms for data management, reporting, and student profile tracking.
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills to meet enrollment targets and deadlines.
- Experience in counseling or providing guidance/ advisory services is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
