About the Role:-
Stadion Institute of Sports and Management (SISM) is looking for a results-driven Admission Manager with a proven track record of selling premium PGDM and MBA programs in the price range of ₹6–9 Lakhs. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B and B2C sales expertise, an established agent/channel partner network across India, and the ability to drive admission targets through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive end-to-end admissions for PGDM and MBA programs, from lead generation to enrollment.
- Manage and expand the existing agent and channel partner network across India for student acquisition.
- Build and execute B2B partnerships with corporates, training institutes, coaching centers, and educational consultants.
- Handle B2C admissions through direct counselling, walk-ins, webinars, education fairs, and digital lead conversion.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on program offerings, ROI, placements, and career outcomes.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets aligned with the institute's growth plan.
- Track the complete admission lifecycle — inquiry, follow-up, application, interview, offer, and fee collection.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Represent SISM at education expos, school/college outreach events, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion ratios.
What We're Looking For:-
- 4–8 years of experience in admissions, education sales, or business development with a B-school, PGDM institute, or higher education provider.
- Mandatory: Prior experience selling PGDM/MBA programs priced between ₹6–9 Lakhs.
- Strong existing network of education agents and channel partners across major Indian cities.
- Demonstrated success in handling both B2B (institutional/agent-led) and B2C (direct student) sales.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital outreach platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred.
