🔹 Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Manager to lead and manage the student admissions process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets while ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end admission processes and student inquiries
- Develop and implement admission strategies to meet enrollment goals
- Lead and guide the admissions team for better performance
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders
- Organize admission campaigns, events, and counseling sessions
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on admissions data
- Ensure excellent communication and follow-up with prospective students
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
