Role Description
The Admission Manager will oversee and manage the admissions process for potential BBA candidates, acting as a key liaison between prospective students and the institution. This full-time on-site role in Tughlakabad involves handling inquiries, guiding applicants through the admissions process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to compliance policies. The Admission Manager will also strategize and execute admission campaigns, collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment targets, and represent the institution at various external and internal events.
Experience in IPU will be greatly preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong counselling skills in-person and on the phone
- Experience in admissions, marketing, or customer support
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of the higher education sector in India is an advantage
