Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhubani for an Admission Manager. The Admission Manager will oversee the admission process, engage with prospective students and their families, and provide guidance throughout their enrollment journey. Responsibilities include organizing informational sessions, managing applications, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate student records. The Admission Manager will also implement and strategize recruitment plans to enhance enrollment numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the entire admission process from inquiry generation to final enrollment.
Develop and implement effective admission strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
Guide prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with academic departments and management for smooth admission operations.
Build strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, coaching institutes, and other stakeholders.
Organize admission campaigns, seminars, counseling sessions, education fairs, and promotional activities.
Maintain admission records, reports, and databases accurately.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the education sector.
Lead and train the admission counseling team to improve performance and productivity.
Ensure excellent student and parent experience throughout the admission cycle.
Collaborate with the marketing team for branding and lead generation activities.
Prepare periodic admission performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, convincing abilities and interpersonal skills for building relationships with prospective students and their families
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage applications, records, and recruitment activities
- Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for admissions management and reporting
- Experience in marketing or outreach, preferably in an educational context
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in an admission or administrative role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) will be preferred. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the education sector, specifically in admissions departments, with strong knowledge of admission processes, student counseling, educational administration, team management, and excellent communication skills.

Salary:
Ranges between ₹33,500 to ₹43,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, expertise, and overall suitability of the candidate.
