Admission Counsellor
Location: Greater Noida

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage the student admission process. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions for Management, Engineering, and Law programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission data.
- Achieve admission targets as assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.
- Organize and participate in admission events, seminars.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 5-10 years in Admission Counselling or related field
- Experience in handling admissions for Management, Engineering, and Law programs will be preferred
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
