Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admission Manager role, based in Bengaluru. The Admission Manager will oversee the admission process, manage student inquiries, and provide candidates with guidance throughout their application journey. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, coordinating with various departments, organizing marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication with prospective students. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, managing admission databases, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing admission processes and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective students and stakeholders
- Knowledge of marketing and outreach strategies to attract prospective students
- Experience in data management and usage of admission software or systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-pressure scenarios
- Previous experience in admissions or education administration is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
