Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Admission Manager will oversee and streamline the admissions process, including planning, coordinating, and implementing strategies to attract prospective students. The role involves counseling students and guardians, maintaining relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring enrollment targets are met. Additionally, the Admission Manager will track market trends, analyze data, and prepare reports while maintaining a student-first approach.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and student counseling skills
- Proven ability to create, implement, and monitor student admissions strategies
- Experience in building partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM or other related systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in the education sector
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in admissions, marketing, or educational consulting is an advantage
