Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Manager located in Hisar. The Admission Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families. Responsibilities include developing and implementing admission strategies, managing communication with applicants, maintaining admission records, collaborating with institutional departments, and analyzing admission data for process improvement. The role will require close interaction with students, parents, and educational administrators to achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills
- Experience in managing student admissions, enrollment processes, and recordkeeping systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and familiarity with CRM tools and EdTech platforms
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and educational stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry is a strong advantage
