 Salary: Up to 8 LPA

Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions

Counsel students about courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities

Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments

Maintain accurate student database and CRM records

Achieve monthly admission targets

Provide post-admission support and coordination

Eligibility Criteria :

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years experience in Admission Counseling / Inside Sales / EdTech (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (10 PM – 7 AM)
• Target-driven and confident personality
