We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Academic Counselors who can guide prospective students for Online UG & PG Degree Programs and help them make informed career decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding Online UG & PG Programs.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/universities.
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Explain program details including eligibility, fee structure, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate student data and daily follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent support experience.
- Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and student engagement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of online education programs.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, admission counseling, telesales, or academic counseling will be preferred.
