Human Intelligence Labs (HI Labs) is hiring an Admission Counselor / Telecaller to support student enrollments for software training and internship programs.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries
• Follow up with leads generated through seminars and marketing campaigns
• Counsel students regarding courses, internships, and career opportunities
• Manage walk-in counseling and enrollment conversions
• Conduct WhatsApp follow-ups and student engagement
• Maintain lead and enrollment records
Requirements:
• Experience in telecalling, student counseling, or EdTech sales
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Confident and target-oriented approach
• Familiarity with software/IT training programs is an advantage
