Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor-Study Abroad, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The counselor is responsible for guiding and supporting students in their study abroad journey. Key responsibilities include providing advice on educational opportunities, answering inquiries, handling documentation processes, engaging with prospective students, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless counseling experience while meeting targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with prospective students and stakeholders
- Customer service and relationship management skills to provide an exceptional experience
- Proactive sales skills to meet counseling and enrollment goals effectively
- Understanding of the education sector, including study abroad programs and processes
- Experience in guiding students through application and visa procedures is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a dynamic work culture
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
