Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor-Study Abroad located in Delhi, OH. The Admission Counselor will assist prospective students with the study-abroad application process, provide guidance and advice tailored to their academic goals, and facilitate the admissions process end-to-end. Responsibilities include evaluating student profiles, addressing inquiries with excellent customer service, coordinating with universities, and supporting students in navigating admissions requirements and options.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Customer Service expertise, with experience in understanding and addressing client needs
- Sales skills, including the ability to engage clients and provide solutions aligned with their goals
- Background in Education or a related field with knowledge of the study abroad process
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with international education systems and visa processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field is preferred
